Home Perfect Pros

By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they set out the legal framework for our relationship with you.

1. Definitions

"Company" refers to Home Perfect Pros, its owners, employees, and agents."Client" refers to the individual or entity engaging the Company's services."Services" refers to any home services provided by the Company, including but not limited to handyman services, painting, and remodeling.

2. Scope of Services

Home Perfect Pros agrees to provide the Client with services as described in the written or verbal agreement or estimate. Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be documented and approved by both parties.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on additional work, unforeseen complications, or changes requested by the Client. The Client will be informed of any additional charges prior to the commencement of such work.

4. Payments

A deposit of 50% is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made via credit card, check, or cash. Late payments may result in a late fee of [Insert Late Fee] and could delay the completion of services.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a [Insert Fee] cancellation fee. Home Perfect Pros reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply shortages).

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Home Perfect Pros warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any defects or issues with the services must be reported within 30 days after completion. Home Perfect Pros will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues within this period, provided that the issue arises from faulty workmanship.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the worksite is accessible, safe, and free from hazards that could prevent Home Perfect Pros from performing its services. The Client must provide accurate and clear information about the work to be completed.

8. Liability

Home Perfect Pros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services provided. The Client agrees to hold Home Perfect Pros harmless from any claims arising from the improper use of materials or any pre-existing conditions at the worksite. Home Perfect Pros carries insurance, and any damages caused by the Company will be handled in accordance with the insurance policy.

9. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the service agreement if the other party breaches the terms. The Client will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination.

10. Force Majeure

Home Perfect Pros shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or material shortages.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to mediation or arbitration in Logan, UT.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, and any disputes will be adjudicated in Cache County, Utah.

13. Privacy

Home Perfect Pros respects your privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

14. Amendments

Home Perfect Pros reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their effective date.
